This beautiful studio is spacious and bright. You will find the size and layout to be wonderful. It´s located just one block from the famous Florida Street (pedestrian), the Galerías Pacífico Shopping Mall and also close to the beautiful San Martín Square and Plaza de Mayo.

This location is close to several historic parts of town as well as being right next to several shoppings areas, restaurants, bars and cafes. You also have easy access to other neighborhoods in the city such as Recoleta, San Telmo, Puerto Madero and downtown. However within blocks of this apartment you can appreciate a great variety of restaurants, cinemas, theatres, and much more.

Methods of Payment Accepted

Only American dollars Cash are accepted.

The payment of the rent and deposited will be remitted in full at the time of check-in. The temporary rental contract will be signed as well at that time.

The deposit will be returned on the day of check-out after a brief inspection with any losses and/or damaged deducted from it.

All rates listed are in American dollars. For stays exceeding 1 month, the deposit will be U$S 900.- (equivalent to a month of rent)
