Rates

All rates listed are in American dollars. For stays exceeding 1 month, the deposit will be U$S 900.- (equivalent to a month of rent)

• Nightly (minumum 3 days): U$S 60.- Deposit: U$S 250.-


• Weekly: U$S 300.- Deposit: U$S 300.-


• Monthly: U$S 900.- Deposit: U$S 900.-

• Maid service included once a week ( Minimum Stays of 2 weeks or longer)

Extras Available:

• High speed Internet access is available just upon request for an additional fee of U$S 40.- per month.
